The difference between a chat and a genie

If you run a business or a career, your day looks like this: time disappears into emails, reports and paperwork; important information lives scattered across folders, notes and screens; and the projects that truly matter keep waiting until tomorrow.

Almost everyone has tried an AI chat to solve it. You ask it something, it answers eloquently, and that is where it ends. It is an advisor who only takes your calls: good advice, but it cannot touch anything of yours.

It steps into your office because you open the door. It organizes the file cabinet, compares, drafts, builds, and brings you the finished result.

It knows who you are because it has memory, and it works with your real documents and information. You tell it what you want; it figures out how.

The thing that sounds complicated — what people call "code" — is simply the key to that door. You will not program anything. You will install an application and give it permission to work, just as you would hand the key to a trusted assistant on their first day. We do it together, on a shared screen, step by step.

How trust is earned

You do not hand a genie the keys to the house on day one. Trust is built step by step — and the entire program follows this ladder:

The genie on day 30 looks nothing like the one on day 1 — because it knows you now. And the safety rule is built in: the less you watched it work, the more you review what it did.

Before you begin

What you need to get started

Less than you might imagine. The heavy lifting does not happen on your computer: it happens in the cloud. Your machine only needs to run a current operating system.

A Mac or Windows computer from the last four or five years, kept up to date. If it runs Windows 10 or 11, or a recent macOS, you are fine.
Memory: 8 GB works; 16 GB is recommended for a comfortable experience. More than that is unnecessary.
Stable internet. It is your connection to your genie: the power comes from the cloud, not from your machine.
A few free gigabytes of disk space for your memory and your projects.

Hello, I'm Roberto

I work as an engineer, but I am not a programmer: I did not write a single line of the code behind any of this. I say that deliberately, because what you are about to learn does not depend on my job or on any credential. The logic behind all of this is far simpler than it looks.

I got here by hitting the same wall you are probably hitting: too much information, too many projects, and too little time to organize it all.

Today I work with three agents that help me think and build. With them I organized years of scattered files, turned my lab results into charts I finally understand, and put three websites online that are still running right now.

None of it was done by writing code. It was done by learning to delegate well, to correct when it makes mistakes, and to know when to tell it to stop. That is exactly what I am going to teach you.
